 Configure Connection Between Oracle Database and PIVOTAL Greenplum Database ( PSQL ) using Oracle Gateway ( aka Heterogenous Services ) with Database Link.
Environment. 
AIX71_64. 
Oracle Database 11.2.0.3 + Oracle Gateway 11.2.0.4 
GP DB ( Postrges )
Data Direct Drivers For Greenplum Database From progress.
Conclusion
There Was no successfull setup that was running on this config
